So… I have taken up 'coloring' as a practice, mainly because I have had a mental block when it comes to 'art' and 'craft', never quite comfortable with my ability to 'create' visual appeal.

I found it so interesting to observe the scratching of the pencil on paper, changing to fluid movement as the lead blunted and melded, the intensity of colors changing with pressure, my own perfectionism melting away (sometimes :) as the stray lines outside the bounds took on their own beauty.

Five sessions, each leaving me breathing ever so lightly.
